Leading fully - not holding back.

The dangerous thing about leading is wanting to hold back - it is like keeping your foot on the brake as you seek the finish line. Leading is like a salmon swimming upstream - it is  going against the flow of business as usual. The difference between a salmon and a leader is the salmon never complains or holds back.
