Look around your organization, department, team or projects. What is stopped - at a standstill? What is stuck - at a roadblock? What has insufficient velocity - lacks momentum? What is heading in the wrong direction - avoiding or going around problems?
Look to see what ideas or actions need to be liberated - set free.
Your job is to set them free - and allow for an appropriate amount of chaos.
