In the context of resources, leaders ensure that time, money and efforts are available - or said another way effectively deployed.
Time. You have an opportunity to create more time by ensuring everyone in the organization is working on the "right" things for the viability of the business.
Money. You have an opportunity to create more money by ensuring everyone in the organization is working on the "right" things for the viability of the business.
Efforts. You have an opportunity to create more or better efforts by ensuring everyone in the organization is working on the "right" things for the viability of the business.
Is there a theme here or am I just repeating myself? Yes there is a theme - the "buck stops" with leaders when it comes to ensuring that EVERYONE in the organization is being effective - working on the "right" things.
