Leadership is like ice cream - in comes in many flavors. Leadership "flavors" are the many perspectives one views the world from - shaping and constraining ones actions. These perspectives evolve and unfold in time. Pick a topic - family, education, world leaders, incarceration, etc. and look back at your earliest thoughts regarding that topic and how it has evolved from there.

Bottom line - are you still taking action from old perspectives that no longer fit the leader you have become or want to be?
