Mastering the screwdriver . . . . .

Leaders who master the screwdriver and expect all problems to behave like screws are destined to experience the workplace as confusing, frustrating and stressful. As leaders we can become imprisoned in our own little world-view. World-views are useful - when we do not treat them like they are the world's "world-view".

What world-view or frame of reference is keeping you stuck in some position - and there are unwanted circumstances and conditions that are not changing?
